This is a clean, ripe and oaky Langhorne Creek Shiraz offering up bright plum and cherry fruit, peppery spice, licorice and toasty oak. The woody notes are even more apparent on the palate and aren’t helped by the chunky, aggressive tannins. This is, nevertheless, as solid example of South Aussie Shiraz.
